Commercial and brand assessment

 

The Qatar Football Association (QFA) was looking to increase its commercial performance, through evolving the QFA brand, identifying new revenue streams, and optimizing current business practices. 

During this 3 month assignment. We delivered 3 critical milestones to help QFA understand its current position both from an internal and peer perspective.

  1. Insights & Benchmarking –  a custom  panel study was developed and implemented, combined with the discovery of all available data QFA was provided with insights and opportunities to capitalize on.; 

  2. Best Practice Audits & Workshops – an evaluation of global  best practices and current industry trends was carried out to inform QFA and highlight areas of opportunity.

  3. Commercial Assessment & Forecasts – An in depth evaluation of current partnerships was conducted to establish a strategy increasing QFA’s revenue.
